PAYMENT
En.Widmer accepts payments in the form of Visa, MasterCard and American Express. A sales tax is only applicable to merchandise shipped to a Swiss address. For purchases made online but shipped outside of Switzerland, the purchaser is liable for any taxes owed.

HOURS OF CONDUCT
We operate during business days. All orders placed during weekends will take 1-2 days to process. 

En.Widmer ships worldwide with your most ecological and economical options *Expect an Eco light-weight envelop at the lowest shipment costs here:  

Swiss post CH Domestic (no signature required) - 2 to 3 business days – 7 Euros
Swiss post Europe Priority - 3 to 6 business days – 15 Euros
Swiss post Worldwide Priority - 4 to 10 business days – 20 Euros

LOST//STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact Customer Service at info@enwidmer.com.
*We do not take responsibility for lost or missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.
*Please note we are not liable for customs clearance fees in your country upon arrival and holding times. 
 

RETURNS

WHAT IS En.Widmer’s RETURNS POLICY?
All swimwear purchased are non-refundable. We are happy to exchange any unworn swimwear for the same style in another size given stock availability, if you make a refund request within 14 days, after the receipt of goods.

Criteria for returns:
*The Swimwear must be returned to our Studio in Zürich within 21 days of you receiving the swimwear with a proof of purchase. 
*Unworn items must be returned in original unique pouches (packaging) and En.Widmer swim tags.
*We do not reimburse for exchange shipping costs.
* Please choose the shipping carrier of your choice. We highly recommend using a traceable postal service to return your goods and insurance for your protection, since we are not liable for the loss of your item being returned. 
*En.Widmer will however take the initiative in planting a tree in the amazon rainforest for the travels involved in your legitimate exchange. (https://onetreeplanted.org/collections/latin-america/products)
 
HOW TO ORGANISE A RETURN:
If you've met the above criteria, you may submit a return request through our website 'Contact us':

  1. Specify Exchange as heading
  2. Enter your order number and email and we shall answer you within 24 hours
  3. An approval email will include an RA number and (Swiss return address). Please note our studio operates during the weekdays, so any requests sent over the weekend will be addressed first thing on Monday! 

And of course, if you have any problems En.route, please email us at info@enwidmer.com and we will try to our best capacity to resolve any relevant issues as soon as possible.

*We attempt to process all returns as soon as they arrive to the Studio in Zürich
*En.Widmer inspects all the goods before shipment :). However, in the unlikely event of a faulty suit, feel free to send us an email and we can discuss further.
